We initially started the company to help people in their time of need. Usually, there is a great deal of stress associated with an estate sale / property liquidation. The addition of an economic downturn and many properties going into foreclosure has not helped with that stress. There is an even greater demand now that baby boomers are down-sizing and requiring less furniture and accessories. These later items are commonly referred to as a "Living Estate Sale". We have also accommodated companies that are going out of business and/or relocating or just liquidating. We knew when we started this business that we were not experts in all things. We still have not acquired the knowledge to be experts in all things. As a result, we formed the association so that we can call on experts in each field to properly evaluate and assign the proper price to various items. We believe this benefits our customers greatly. Our customers pay no out-of-pocket fees. We provide a free initial review and estimate. And we collect our fee as a result of the items sold. We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. We are licensed in the state of Georgia and are bonded. This separates us from many local companies just doing business as. |

e-mail notifications. Our email list contains more than 500 names of both dealers, interior decorators, interior designers and customers. Our website
provides pictures and descriptions of the majority of the items for sale at least two weeks before the actual sale. This site gets updated with more pictures as
they become available while we stage the sale. We organize and stage every sale with pricing on each item. We provide distinct, professional signage both in
the sale property and outside directional signs. We have professional assistance at every sale.
